Urgent Care

Urgent care is available at Eastside Pediatric Urgent Care, Rochester Medical Group. and St. John Medical Center-Masonic.

The Eastside Pediatric Clinic (ESPC) is a children-only urgent care center located at St. John Hospital in Detroit, on Moross Road east of I-94. The ESPC has a very experienced triage nurse team to take your phone calls and help you determine whether your child can be cared for at home until our office opens, or needs to be seen promptly. If a visit is necessary, you may be seen by whichever St. John-affiliated local pediatrician is on duty that day. ESPC hours are usually from 5:30pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 10:30pm on Saturday and 12:30pm to 10:30pm on Sundays and holidays. Their phone number is 313-343-4850. When our office is closed but the ESPC is open, this is the place to call for basic help and advice, provided by experienced pediatric nurses.
